He is the senior founding partner of the firm. A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 40 years of standing in the profession, his expertise lies in the audits of corporates, consultancy and tax planning for corporates as well as non-corporates. With his vision and guidance, he has been instrumental in propelling the growth of the firm.
He is a founding partner of the firm, with an experience of over 25 years in the profession. His areas of specialization include corporate audits, direct tax consulting and transaction advisory services. He has been a well known faculty for Direct Taxes at the Coimbatore Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has authored numerous articles and also presented papers at various professional and business forums.
He joined the firm in 2013 and was elevated as a partner in 2020. He is the son of Mr. K. S. Palanisamy, one of the founding partners. Having pursued his articles in the audit division of BSR & Co. (member firm of KPMG) in Chennai, he has been instrumental in transforming the functioning of the firm through use of technology thereby enabling the team to operate virtually. His expertise lies in corporate audits, indirect tax consultancy and transaction advisory services.
He is associated with the firm since 2008. He began his professional career as an article student with our firm and has scaled up the ranks to become a partner of the firm in 2024. He is extremely passionate in advising clients on direct tax matters and his expertise lies in consulting, audits, assessments and litigation on direct tax.
He has been associated with the firm for over six years, having commenced his professional journey as an article student with the firm. After qualifying, he continued with the firm and has since progressed to become a partner. His core areas of expertise include corporate audits, consultancy, and tax planning for both corporates and non-corporates. He also has a keen interest in artificial intelligence and its evolving applications in the professional domain.
Our Story
KSP commenced its journey in 1984 as a sole proprietary concern with a commitment to delivering professional Chartered Accountancy services. Built on the principles of integrity, quality, and client focus, the firm laid a strong foundation for long-term growth and trusted client relationships.
As the firm grew, it expanded its team by bringing together experienced Chartered Accountants, graduates, and articled assistants. This growth enabled KSP to serve clients across a wide range of industries while maintaining high professional standards and timely service delivery.
From its humble beginnings in 1984, KSP has evolved into a firm with a team strength of more than 100 members. With over four decades of standing in the profession, the firm continues to provide audit, taxation, compliance, and advisory services to clients across diverse sectors.
The firm has successfully undergone Peer Review in accordance with the Guidelines issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The Peer Review Certificate remains valid up to 31 March 2029, reaffirming KSP's commitment to quality, professional excellence, and compliance with applicable standards.
